Final Testing

"I paid for my clock yesterday.  Is it in the mail yet?"

"What day will you be sending it?"

"How soon will you be sending it?"

When you are informed that your clock is finished....
.....That does NOT mean it is ready to be shipped!
There is still a little bit more to go!  Please read on!

We know that you are anxious to receive your clock back, and we are happy to oblige you as soon as possible.

We send our invoices out eary only due to the fact tha many of our customers still perfer to pay by check.
Generally, it can take up to two weeks or more to receive payment.  Al will forward you an invoice with all the payment options.  How you decide to pay and when is strictly up to you.  But, during this period, your clock will continue to be tested.

The "Final Testing" of your clock is a period of around 2-weeks in which your clock becomes my living room guest.  During this time, your clock is set up normally, and allowed to run undisturbed.  A successful run of 2-weeks is a very good indication that all work was done properly, no internal bugs exist, and no further adjustments are needed.  Once I am 100% satisfied with your clocks operation will it be returned.

If, in the event your clock needs any adjustments or further work, this will delay your shipping.  So, please keep that in mind!

During this period, you will not be charged for any further work or adjustments other than your original, unserviced rotor if it develops problems during testing!

Once I have your clock packed and labled, you will receive a shipping notice, and can expect your clock within a short time after that.

Lastly, preparing a clock for shipping takes a good hour from start to finish.  Normally, I ship several at once, so shipping is not a spur-of-the-moment job, but rather one that I need to take the better part of the day to do.  The day I use to pack and ship is dictated by my work load on the bench.  I usually try and find a single day from each week to ship, but my schedule can vary greatly.
